Woodies® Ultimate

Extra deep TX recess
The head of the screw has an extra deep Torx recess, ensuring optimum grip and transmission of force.
Milling ribs
Milling ribs below the heads of most Woodies® Ultimate screws ensure that the head sinks smoothly into the material. Hinge screws form an exception to this: they are not provided with milling ribs in order to prevent damage to door or window fittings.
Threading ribs
These grooves allow the screw to screw in with less friction, in turn prolonging the life of your (screwdriver) drill batteries as less resistance is created.
Special threading
Special threading reduces resistance when screwing the screw in, allowing it to quickly pass through the wood fibres. A further benefit is that your tool batteries will last for much longer.
Special tip
This tip enables the screw to “grip” the wood more quickly, so there is no need for pre-drilling in most cases. It also reduces the chance of the wood splitting.
Free bit
A matching bit is included in every pack, free of charge. So your screwing tasks can be performed with optimum ease.

Hexavalent-chromium-free
Hexavalent chromium is employed in a number of industries in connection with the processing of chemical substances. But hexavalent chromium has been identified as dangerous to humans, animals and the environment.
Woodies® Ultimate screws are therefore free of hexavalent chromium.
