Universal screw flat countersunk | Fully threaded and partly threaded

Screws for use in most common types of wood. With milling ribs below the head so that the screw sinks smoothly into the underlying wood.
The TX recess ensures an optimum transmission of force from tool to screw.

Partial threading

Partially threaded screws have shank ribs. These shank ribs make space in the wood for the part of the screw without threading, leading to less friction between the screw and wood, so the screw does not get so hot and penetrates the wood more quickly. Heat increases the chance of the screw breaking.
Partially threaded screws are extremely suitable for drawing two pieces of wood tightly together. Make sure that the thickness of the attachment is the same as the unthreaded part of the screw.
The screw has a coarse thread allowing rapid screwing.
A groove is provided just above the screw tip ensuring that the initial wood fibres are quickly cut, making way for the core diameter of the screw. This reduces the chance of the wood splitting.

Full threading

Unlike partially threaded screws, fully threaded screws have thread covering almost the entire length of the screw. This enhances the tensile strength and compressive load of the screws, making them particularly suitable for panel materials.
